Under the guidance of expert baker Lynn Kutner we will create a delicious assortment of specialty desserts. Menu to include: sky-high orange-lemon sponge cake with raspberry coulis, fresh fruit tarts with homemade pastry cream in a nut crust, and super chocolate cupcakes with coffee icing.
