Workshop highlights include; A guide to challah and general bread making, step-by-step instruction for proofing and kneading, Braiding techniques, Torah sources and ideas for understanding the mitzvah of Hafrashat Challah (tithing the dough). The dough we will learn to make can also be used to make babka.
