An introduction to the art of decorating cakes with life-like flowers made out of gum paste (a.k.a. sugarpaste). In this five day workshop, Chef will teach the class how to turn gum paste in to a variety of stunning flowers and floral bouquets using specialized cutters and free form techniques. If you’ve ever seen a wedding cake adorned with realistic looking, colorful flowers and wanted to swoon, this class is for you.
