New Semester of Kosher Baking and Pastry Begins January 3rd!!!



Is it your calling to be the Next Great Kosher Baker? Don't miss the start of the new semester of Professional Kosher Baking & Pastry, at the Center for Kosher Culinary Arts. Classes begin January 3rd!

This is the only kosher program of its kind in the US.

Classes are open to men and women ages 16 and above and appropriate for anyone who is passionate about baking and committed to expanding his or her knowledge and skill set in an intensive, professional environment.

The dates for the Winter program are as follows;
150 hours
January 3 - March 15, 2011
Monday - Thursday
2 pm - 6 pm
NO CLASS JANUARY 24 - 27, YESHIVA WEEK

Winter Culinary Arts and Baking&Pastry Arts Open Houses


On Thursday, December 9th, CKCA is happy to invite interested prospective students of our Professional Program in Culinary Arts and our Professional Program in Baking and Pastry Arts, to attend our semester's final banquets and open house. At the event, potential students can have the opportunity to sample delicious food made by current students, and also ask questions of the instructors and recent graduates.

You can feel free to ask questions to Dean of Students and Chef Instructor Avram Wiseman, CKCA director Jesse Blonder, or any of the students. They will also be happy to share with you some of the special hors d'oeuvres or dessert recipes created for the event, which you will be able to taste for yourself.

The Culinary Arts Banquet and Open House will be at 12 noon.

The Baking and Pastry Arts Banquet and Open House will be at 5:00pm.
